Your roles and responsibilities: Operational Excellence: Oversee day-to-day operations of Apartment Hotels, Luxury Villas and Suites, ensuring exceptional guest experience, operational efficiency, and adherence to company standards.Team Leadership and Development: Lead, mentor, and develop a diverse team of Property Managers and staff, fostering a positive work environment and encouraging professional growth.Quality Control: Regularly inspect properties to ensure they meet quality standards and address any issues promptly.Guest Relations: Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests, ensuring high levels of guest satisfaction.Budget Management: Develop and manage annual budgets, monitor expenditures, and implement cost-saving measures.Strategic Planning: Collaborate with senior management to develop strategies for operational improvement and business growth.Vendor Management: Negotiate contracts and maintain relationships with vendors and service providers.Compliance: Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations and company policies.Reporting and Analysis: Prepare detailed reports on operational performance, guest feedback, and financial metrics.
