Senior Operations Coordinator

As Senior Operations Coordinator, you'll provide administrative support to the Operations department, with specific focus in areas during times of peak demand throughout the seasons.
You'll help enable processes by system configuration (sales order entry tools, Commercial policy settings, and supporting master data topics), in collaboration with the operations department.

Based at our South African Headquarters in Cape Town and reporting to Shalane, Operations Team Lead ASICS South Africa, as part of the role you'll:
Manage and troubleshoot the configuration of the B2B/Wayfarer in collaboration with the Central team.Condition contract setup and management to support the commercial policies.Test the newly developed solutions for B2B on the responsible markets.Support the implementation of projects for improvements related to B2B, or any related system that increases customer satisfaction.Support item Master Data Setup in SAP MDM.Analyze, report, correct, and escalate any Master Data issues related to the assortment related to the countries.Utilize central reports to track KPIs on the multiple responsibilities such as inclusions/exclusions, condition contract management, Item Master data, etc.Advise Customer Service, Orderbook, and Sales on potential risks and solutions.Actively participate in the Operations Coordinator Community in EMEA.Establish and maintain constructive and cooperative working relationships across all departments of the business, demonstrating high levels of trust, respect, and business awareness.Organize and coordinate the customer service team workload, redirecting activity as required to ensure efficiency.Support and where necessary undertake the activities of the customer service team to ensure that departmental activities are delivered in a timely manner.Keep updated on new developments in customer service by attending bi-weekly meetings with the central customer service team leads and communicating new processes of strategic company decisions to the Operations Team.Monitor changes on sales orders by updating any changes weekly on reports provided by Orderbook.Provide support to the Operations Team lead to ensure information flow is timely and accurate.Be the go-to person for office-related topics including landlord communications, supplies, reception as well as meet and greet.Does this sound like you?
