Senior Office Administrator - George - Western Cape The Senior Office Administrator  at is responsible for overseeing the administrative functions, managing staff, ensuring excellent customer service, and supporting the overall operation of the company.
The successful candidate will work on a full-day shift basis of 08h00 - 16h00 Mondays to Fridays.
Requirements: Computer literate on MS Office and P.O.S systems Computer Savvy Full time position in office Previous experience as an office manager / senior administrator Industry experience within the hospitality industry Experience in HR capacity Responsibilities: Develop and manage employee schedules.
Conduct performance evaluations and provide staff feedback.
Order and maintain inventory of coffee, supplies, and other products.
Track usage and manage inventory levels.
Handle daily cash management, including reconciling cash drawers and bank deposits.
Prepare financial reports, including sales reports and budget tracking.
Maintain accurate records of employee attendance, payroll, and HR documentation.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and labor regulations.
Maintain up-to-date business licenses and permits Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase sales.
Manage social media accounts and online presence.
Organize events or promotions to attract customers.
