Work is primarily with clients who have physical disabilities, but experience in other areas is beneficial as we provide a comprehensive approach to treatment and goal setting.Skills in prioritisation, flexibility, and delegation are essential, and there is an expectation to provide clinical support to junior staff.You will be expected to act independently to provide a full comprehensive service of assessment, diagnosis, treatment/appropriate management, onward referral, and discharge to a range of patients referred to the service.You will work alongside our existing OT team consisting of Senior Healthcare Support Workers, Occupational Therapy Assistant Practitioners, Registered Occupational Therapists, and Advanced Practice Occupational Therapists. This is an opportunity to work within an established Integrated team in a community-based setting.You will be expected to manage a caseload to provide assessment, rehabilitation, onward referral, and discharge to a range of patients referred to the service.
