Senior Nursing Services Manager

Proven experience in nursing, experience in geriatrics advantageous, experience in a similar leadership position highly advantageous, recent hospital experience.Attributes:Informed knowledge on Dementia and Alzheimer's disease, frail care, palliative care, strokes.Strong nursing/clinical experience.Logical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills.Dependability and good professional judgment.Proactive and resourceful.Computer proficiency.Excellent leadership and decision-making skills.Exceptional stakeholder engagement and good interpersonal skills.Ability to multitask.Good understanding of marketing strategies.Highly motivated and energetic.Excellent organizational skills.Must have:Relevant tertiary qualification to lead to registration as Professional Nurse with SANC.Valid driver's license and own vehicle.Responsibilities include:Staffing and staff management.Training.Village residents and services offered.Nursing and care.Administration, reporting and Healthware.Job Type: Full-timePay: R50000.00 - R70000.00 per month
