Our client is seeking a highly motivated Senior IT Network Security Engineer to join their dynamic and energetic team of security specialists.
Customers utilize a wide range of security technologies, including next-generation firewalls, VPN, SD-WAN, threat prevention, secure web gateways, CASB, authentication, and endpoint protection.
Key Responsibilities:Administer and configure various security technologies (predominantly Fortinet)Provide ongoing support and troubleshootingPerform system upgrades and patchingRespond to security alertsGenerate and analyze security reportsRequired Experience & Qualifications:Minimum 3-5 years of hands-on experience in a network security engineer roleAt least 2 years of experience working with Fortinet products (mandatory)Relevant tertiary/industry qualifications in IT systems, networking, and security (preferably with Fortinet certification)Desirable Skills & Attributes:Excellent written and verbal communication skillsA systematic approach to tasksStrong problem-solving abilitiesAttention to detailPositive, energetic, and collaborative mindsetPlease Note: This is not a remote position.
