The Senior MS Client Partner is a key member of the Microsoft Office Team.
He/she will work with his/her team to develop and maintain clients' project plans, schedule tasks, allocate resources and manage the end-to-end client experience.
You will collaborate with our in-house experts on all aspects of your assigned projects.
You'll be involved in every step of planning, execution and closeout phases so you can make sure each client gets what they need from us - every time!
Requirements Manages multiple projects and maintains relationships with vendors to ensure delivery of client services Negotiates contracts and executes contracts to procure products, materials, and services.
Administers, monitors, and evaluates all project resources.
Sets and updates project performance metrics, schedules, and budgets.
Provides ongoing problem resolution and updates to clients.
Performs post-delivery analysis and fixes any issues found.
Reviews and updates documentation to reflect current technical practices.
Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field Ability to handle multiple project/client relationships simultaneously.
The ability to analyze business operations and financial data to identify areas for improvement and propose solutions.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a mid to senior-level management position with demonstrated success at leading a team and/or large group within the firm.
