RAWR collaborates with some of the biggest names in the industry and has recently been selected to support one of the world's largest football events.
We are seeking a talented Senior Motion Designer for a full-time, fixed-term contract (6 months).
With clients like FIFA and UEFA, we're looking for a skilled motion designer and video editor who is passionate about sports, especially soccer, and excels in storytelling through motion design.
Key responsibilities
Reporting directly to the Head of Digital Content, your role will include, but will not be limited to the following:
Crafting engaging, high-quality video content, taking projects from concept to final delivery,Applying your expertise across video editing, motion design, image editing, animation, and post-production,Delivering projects for a range of formats and platforms, including product promotions and social media assets,Collaborating with the Production Manager to meet project deadlines, primarily for sports-related clients,Maintaining quality and brand consistency across all deliverables,Applying best practices in motion design and ensuring adherence to client brand guidelines (typography, grids, layouts, color schemes, iconography, etc.
),Reviewing and providing feedback on other designers' work to ensure consistent quality,Leveraging web design experience and basic understanding of HTML/CSS (a plus).Qualifications and Skills

Have 3–5 years of relevant experience, ideally within the sports industry, particularly soccer,Can showcase an exceptional portfolio that highlights video and motion projects, with an emphasis on storytelling,Can demonstrate expertise in social media video content, particularly for sports audiences,Possess strong knowledge of video content trends on social media platforms,Are highly skilled in motion design and video editing tools, particularly Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects,Can work autonomously, execute ideas quickly, and manage time effectively to meet deadlines,Are a team player with excellent communication skills and openness to feedback,Have native-level proficiency in English (German is a plus).
