The ideal candidate will have at least one year of mortgage advisory experience, be CEMAP qualified and ideally have Competency Advisor Status (CAS) and possess a great work ethic. You should be smart, articulate, well-presented, ambitious, and self-motivated, with the ability to work under pressure. Building strong relationships with customers and colleagues is essential, as is a full driving licence.Compensation and BenefitsFor this Senior Mortgage Advisor or Senior Mortgage Broker role, the package includes a basic salary of £31,000, with a supporting additional payment guarantee for a fixed period. You will have the option of a company car or car allowance (£3,500).
