You will work closely with the residential estate agency team to maximise business opportunities, provide coaching and support to colleagues, and proactively contact existing clients for new business. Ensuring all documentation is compliant with FCA guidelines is also crucial.Candidate ProfileWe are looking for a Senior Mortgage Advisor or Senior Mortgage Broker who is driven and motivated by success, results, and reward. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of mortgage advisory experience, be CEMAP qualified and ideally have Competency Advisor Status (CAS) and possess a great work ethic. You should be smart, articulate, well-presented, ambitious, and self-motivated, with the ability to work under pressure. Building strong relationships with customers and colleagues is essential, as is a full driving licence.Compensation and BenefitsFor this Senior Mortgage Advisor or Senior Mortgage Broker role, the package includes a basic salary of £31,000, with a supporting additional payment guarantee for a fixed period. You will have the option of a company car or car allowance (£3,500).
