Key Output
• The person must have a clean understanding how to disassemble, assemble track links, remove, and install track shoes.
• Maintain professional image when representing BWE
• Ensure safe work practice and control Contamination
• Control own admin (labour booking, service reports, part returns, expenses etc.)
• Follow through to ensure that quality and productivity standards of own work are consistently and accurately maintained
Qualification, Experience and Competencies
• Grade 12
• Drivers licence – Code B
• Must have knowledge of track links disassembly and assembly.
• Sound interpersonal and communication skills;
• Some Computer Literacy (SIS, STW & ET) knowledge;
• Trouble shooting and problem solving skills;
• Understanding of supplier warranty systems, policies & procedures;
• Track link disassembly and assembly experience of minimum 2 years.
