Senior Mechanical Engineer (Oil And Gas)

Hire Resolve is seeking a Senior Mechanical Engineer specializing in Oil and Gas to join a dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing mechanical systems and components tailored for the oil and gas industry, ensuring they meet regulatory standards and project specifications.
Key Responsibilities:

Design and analyze mechanical systems and equipment used in oil and gas production and transportation.
Develop and review technical specifications and engineering drawings.
Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments related to mechanical projects.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project deliverables are met on time and within budget.
Ensure all designs comply with industry standards and regulations.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers.
Prepare and deliver presentations to clients and stakeholders.
Participate in project meetings and communicate updates and challenges effectively.

Requirements:

BSc in mechanical engineering.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in mechanical engineering, specifically within the oil and gas sector.
Strong knowledge of mechanical design principles, materials, and standards relevant to the industry.
Familiarity with industry-specific software (e.g., CAE, CAD, and simulation tools).
Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred.
Excellent problem-solving skills with a strong attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with various stakeholders.
