Senior Mechanical Engineer

Key Responsibilities: Lead the mechanical design and development of new machinery and systems. Oversee and mentor a team of mechanical engineers, providing technical guidance and support. Develop detailed design specifications and documentation. Perform complex calculations and simulations to ensure the integrity and performance of designs. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including electrical engineers, software developers, and project managers, to ensure seamless integration of mechanical components. Conduct design reviews, testing, and troubleshooting of mechanical systems. Stay updated with the latest advancements in mechanical engineering and machine design technologies. Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and company policies. Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively. Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field. Minimum of 7 years of experience in mechanical engineering, with a focus on machine design. Proven track record of leading and managing engineering teams. Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD, Creo). Strong understanding of materials science, manufacturing processes, and mechanical systems. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Experience with FEA (Finite Element Analysis) and other simulation tools is a plus.
