The role will be based in Cape Town, South Africa with a hybrid work model.The RoleAs Marketing Operations Associate, you will be responsible for supporting the execution and optimization of marketing campaigns, managing marketing technology platforms, and ensuring data accuracy and integrity. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including marketing and sales to streamline processes and improve overall marketing efficiency. Additionally, you will play a key role in maintaining and optimizing our marketing automation systems, CRM, and other marketing tools. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, excellent project management skills, and a passion for marketing technology.Key Accountabilities & ResponsibilitiesSupport the execution and optimization of marketing campaigns, including assisting in planning and execution of marketing events and webinars, as well as support for lead generation and nurturing activities.Manage marketing technology platforms and tools; ensure data accuracy and integrity across marketing systems; and maintain and optimize marketing automation systems and CRM.
