A successful candidate will be data-led, fast-paced, capable of building a well-informed strategy to address difficult problems and forging strong relationships amongst their stakeholders as well as their team.Key job responsibilities:Develop strategy in collaboration with stakeholders to scalably recruit sellers.Effectively communicate strategy, verbally and in writing, to business leadership.Manage end-to-end execution of multiple projects and campaigns, tracking and reporting on key milestones.Develop content to build awareness, seller education, and deliver in a scalable way.Define goals and measurement with granularity to conduct data-driven evaluation on the effectiveness of each marketing activity.Build mechanisms to measure performance and communicate insights.Earn trust from internal and external partners, balancing contending priorities in a rapidly changing environment.Work with regional and global teams to share ideas, best practices, and results to contribute to other market's growth.BASIC QUALIFICATIONSExperience developing and managing acquisition marketing or channel programs.Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements.Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts, and pivot tables).Experience building, executing, and scaling cross-functional marketing programs.PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONSKnowledge of SQL at the intermediate level.Experience driving direction and alignment with large cross-functional teams and agency partners.Amazon is an equal opportunities employer, and we value your passion to discover, invent, simplify and build.
