Role Overview: As Senior Marketing Manager, you will play a key role in developing and executing the overarching brand strategy for Tomorrowland and its sub-brands. You will work closely with internal stakeholders to create strategic marketing and investment plans that align with our long-term goals. Reporting directly to the Head of Marketing and Communications, you will be at the forefront of our efforts to globally expand our brand's presence across various entertainment sectors.
Responsibilities: Brand strategy: Develop an overarching brand strategy for Tomorrowland and its various sub-brands, clearly defining their unique roles, target audiences and value propositions within the global entertainment market.Strategic marketing planning: Translate the overarching brand strategy into multi-year marketing strategies and investment plans for the various brands, collaborating with key internal stakeholders (Management, Business Leads & Communication Team) and exploring the potential setup of partnerships with external agencies.Market and consumer research: Conduct in-depth market and consumer research in various entertainment sectors. Use your insights into market trends and consumer needs to develop the overarching brand strategy and accompanying marketing strategies that will support Tomorrowland's growth in different entertainment sectors.KPI analysis and reporting: Prepare regular reports on marketing campaign performance, focusing on KPIs such as awareness, penetration, and ROI. Use insights to recommend and implement improvements.Management targets: Drive the growth of Tomorrowland as an international entertainment brand, with a focus on achieving key metrics like brand awareness and market penetration.What we're looking for: Minimum of 10 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the entertainment or consumer products industry.Proven track record in developing and executing brand strategies and performance-driven marketing plans.Expertise in social media and digital marketing campaigns.Strong analytical skills and experience with marketing analysis tools and KPI reporting.Excellent communication skills in both Dutch and English.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.We offer: A unique organization where creativity, innovation and our people are important.
