Your role involves deep expertise in Google Ads for strategy, optimisation, and execution. Collaborating with clients, you'll create integrated campaigns to drive customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth. Analysing data and testing, you'll optimise campaigns to boost conversion rates and revenue while staying updated on industry trends and new channels for growth opportunities. You'll also manage budgets to ensure timely and cost-effective campaign delivery.Duties & ResponsibilitiesWhat you'll doDevelop and execute performance marketing strategies across various channels, including Meta, Google, TikTok, and Snapchat (bonus if experienced in Shopify reporting).Exceptional strong Google Ads understanding in terms of strategy, optimization, and execution.Collaborate with clients to create and execute integrated marketing campaigns that drive customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth.Analyse data and conduct tests to optimise campaigns, increase conversion rates, and drive revenue growth for clients.Monitor and report on campaign performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvements to clients.Stay up-to-date with industry trends and new channels and tools to identify new growth opportunities for clients.Manage budgets and ensure campaigns are delivered on time and within budget for clients.Desired Experience & QualificationWhat you'll needBachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.Must have excellent client-facing and account management experience.3+ years of experience in performance marketing, preferably in an agency environment.Proven track record of managing successful performance marketing campaigns across multiple channels for clients.Strong analytical skills and experience using data to optimise campaigns and improve ROI.Knowledge of marketing automation platforms and tools.Experience with Shopify reporting is a bonus.Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.Package & RemunerationR40,000 - R60,000 per month (neg. based on experience).
