Ability to identify and communicate the message related to Identity Governance to stakeholders in risk terms.
Essential Qualifications - NQF Level Advanced Diplomas/National 1st Degrees Preferred Qualification Tertiary Qualification/ formal accreditation in Professional field MMP/SMP / MM  or equivalent BSC Computer science BComm Information Technology Post graduate management qualification MBA Technology Knowledge Linux/WebSphere Liberty Profile environment with SQL database.
User GUI, workflow and batch processing with Java LTS, Java script, Angular and SQL   Minimum Experience Level Minimum of 3-5 years' experience in management of a security function, preferably in the Identity and Access Management space.
At least 2-3 years' experience in an IT Operations area of a med to large organisation (ITIL and associated processes).
