Manage and develop members of staff by means of the Performance Management System. Development of a balanced equity staff profile. Supervision and management of all sub-units of Student Counselling and Development and their activities. Conduct and direct facilities, events, programmes, and structures that would enable student participation to enhance delivery of rounded and balanced students and future leaders.Financial Management: Budget allocation to respective sub-units of Student Counselling and Development on the Vanderbijlpark Campus. Operation financial management on campus level.Representation: Liaise with Faculty, Academic Schools, and Departments.
