Senior Manager: Solutions Engineering

Minimum Education: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field. Minimum Experience: 5-7 years experience in product design, product maintenance, or a related field. 3-5 years experience in a management role. Strong interpersonal skills and problem-solving skills to address complex technical challenges. Project management skills to oversee solution implementation projects. Understanding of relevant banking legislation and regulations. Advanced analytical skills and ability to stay agile and adaptable in a rapidly changing banking landscape. Collaboration with cross-functional teams and strong communication skills (verbal and written). Presentation and facilitation skills, and report writing.
