Senior Manager – Production

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS- Agricultural Diploma / Degree advantageous- At least 5 years farm and/or production management experience- Min of 5 years relevant crop farming experience- Previous potato farming experience- Exceptional management/organizational skills, good social skills and an eye for detail essential- Computer literacy- Basic knowledge of the operation and maintenance of farm machinery, implements and infrastructure resources- Strong task instruction and delegation skills- Excellent operational planning, decision-making and prioritization skills- Strong attention to detail, communication and people management skills- Maintenance and mechanically orientated- Ability to work with and motivate a team- Valid drivers licenseONLY short-listed candidates will be contacted
