Maintain external accreditations and in-depth understanding of current and emerging external regulation and industry best practices through continuing professional development, attending conferences, and reading specialist media.Desired Experience & QualificationGeneral EducationBachelor's degree in Technology, business administration, management, operations management, or a related field.MBA an advantage.Other relevant technology certificates e.g., ITIL, Cobit, Prince 2, PMBok.General Experience8 - 12 years experience in technology, operations management, business process improvement, or a related field is essential.Have a deep understanding of the events and transport industry.Managerial ExperienceExperience of planning and managing resources to deliver predetermined objectives as specified by more senior managers (over 6 years).
