We are looking for a Senior Manager, Performance & Project Management to lead Project Managers and Associate Project Managers.
This role involves managing a team aligned with customer portfolios or regions.
What You Will Do: Ensure resource efficiency and balanced utilization.
Onboard, coach, and mentor APM/PMs.
Meet customer requirements and standards.
Understand customer contracts and deliverables.
Act as the first point of escalation for customers.
Ensure project milestones are achieved.
Approve timesheets and vacation requests.
Ensure team compliance with training and processes.
Collaborate across functions to support project delivery.
Partner with the Commercial Team for Strategic Planning.
Participate in client Governance and KPIs.
Drive process improvement activities.
Manage the personal development and performance of direct reports.
Ensure compliance with Company Procedures.
Uphold company values focused on People, Clients, and Performance.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Deep knowledge of project management.

Mentoring and coaching abilities.
Excellent time management and organizational skills.
Proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
Initiative and independence.
Background in Pharmaceuticals, Medical Education, or CRO.
Experience in clinical trials/life sciences.
Understanding of the clinical research environment and GCP principles.
PMP or equivalent certification.
