2024-07-29 - 2024-08-28 Permanent EL002801 Human Resources Gauteng, Centurion We are seeking a Senior Manager: People Management for a permanent role based in Pretoria, GautengApplicants are required to meet the following criteria: NQF Level 7 HR / People Management qualification 3+ years' experience in a senior management HR role or 10 years in a middle management HR role together with extensive HRM experience and specialist knowledge in labour law, organizational design, learning and development, and providing strategic advice A post-graduate qualification at NQF L8 and registration with an HR professional body is advantageous Must have in-depth knowledge of all applicable legislation relating to HR Valid driver's license and good computer skills (MS Packages / Sage VIP 300) Ideal candidate must have come from the educational industry The successful applicant would be responsible for, but not limited to: Develop and implement people management strategy and policy Development, implementation, and leading a learning organization strategy and roadmap Improve and implement the learning and development strategy to ensure it is a learning organization Develop a comprehensive employee value proposition strategy Ensure a reliable HR Information System (HRIS) to inform business strategy Lead talent management and organizational design and development to ensure that it effectively delivers on mandate Provide employment relations support and manage labour relations with stakeholders Manage the People Management Business Unit Salary: R1 216 824.00 – R1 433 355.00 per annum CTC including benefitsTo apply, email a detailed CV and all supporting documentation to ****** If you have not received a response within 7 working days, please consider your application unsuccessful.
