Applicants are required to meet the following criteria: NQF Level 7 HR / People Management qualification3+ years experience in a senior management HR role or 10 years in a middle management HR Role together with extensive years HRM experience and specialist knowledge in labour law, organizational design, learning and development and providing strategic adviceA post graduate qualification at NQF L8 and registration with a HR professional body advantageousMust have in-depth knowledge of all applicable legislation relating to HRValid drivers and good computer skills (MS Packages / Sage VIP 300)Ideal candidate must have come from the educational industryThe successful applicant would be responsible for, but not limited to: Develop, and implement people management strategy and policyDevelopment, implementation and leading a learning organisation strategy and roadmapImprove and implement the learning and development strategy to ensure it is a learning organisationDevelop a comprehensive employee value proposition strategyEnsure a reliable HR Information System (HRIS) to inform business strategyLead talent management and organisational design and development, to ensure that it effectively delivers on mandateProvide employment relations support and manage labour relations with stakeholdersManage the People Management Business Unit Salary: R1 216 824.00 R1 433 355.00 per annum CTC including benefits
