Overview Description Hire Resolve is currently seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Manager to join our client's team as the National Sales Training Coordinator.
In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the success of the sales team through the coordination and implementation of effective sales training programs.
Responsibilities Develop and implement sales training programs and materials in line with company objectivesIdentify training needs and gaps within the sales team and develop strategies to address themCoordinate and schedule training sessions and workshops for sales representativesDeliver engaging and interactive sales training sessions, both in person and virtuallyMonitor and evaluate the effectiveness of sales training programs and revise as neededCollaborate with sales managers to provide ongoing support and coaching to sales representativesStay updated on industry trends and best practices in sales training and incorporate them into the training programsManage the training budget and resources efficientlyTrack and report on the training progress and results to the management team Requirements Minimum of 3 years in sales (currently).
