To apply strategic media management, to protect and enhance the bank's reputation. Act as the interface between the bank and media in respect of key reputation themes and narratives; act as the key point of contact between Executives and the Newsroom, in partnership with the Head, Communications. Has a high appreciation for the use of digital media in the dissemination of stories and an understanding of media players as influencers in respect of social media.
Qualifications
Type of Qualification: DegreeField of study: Business Commerce, Communication Experience Required: Internal CommunicationsBrand & Marketing5- 7 years experience in strategic communication with emphasis on media relations at a listed company, with a record of accomplishment of handling announcements, annual results, and crisis communication.8 - 10 years proven experience in managing cross-geography communications, an understanding of the full communication value chain and ability to develop media relations strategies and to make recommendations to executive management.Strong analytical and data driven thinking.Creative ability and able to inspire creative solutions from key stakeholders
