The Senior Manager, IT provides leadership, guidance and strategic vision for our IT, Information Security & Compliance teams.

WHAT WILL YOU DOTechnical LeadershipExpertise in IT infrastructure, including networking, cloud computing, and data management.Strong understanding of IT service management frameworks (e.g., ITIL).Ability to oversee and integrate DevOps practices into IT workflows.Proficiency in cybersecurity principles, risk assessment, and threat mitigation.Responsible for enterprise tool selection and evaluation in coordination with segment representatives and IT architecture standardsEffectively administer, manage, and operate tooling platforms and environments to meet needs. Implement and support tool implementations and upgrades.Establish relationships and communicate tooling needs and tooling capabilitiesStrategic PlanningImplement IT best practices and align Boldr's IT infrastructure with current and future business goalsDesigning and implementing long-term IT and security strategies aligned with business goals.Provide a stable, consistent view of team activities and resources –key metrics for continuous improvementBudget management for IT and cybersecurity initiatives. Operate within sustainable limits that support high-quality, high-value resultsCompliance and GovernanceResponsible for maintaining our PCI, SOC2 and ISO certification as well as any other certifications that may be requiredKnowledge of legal and regulatory requirements (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA, SOX, PCI DSS).Ability to develop and enforce IT policies, procedures, and compliance standards.Conducting and responding to IT and security audits.Risk ManagementConducting risk assessments and implementing mitigation strategies.Incident response and disaster recovery planning.Business continuity management.Communication and LeadershipStrong verbal and written communication skills for explaining technical issues to non-technical stakeholders.Competence in creating, delivering, and communicating service management training and end-user trainingScale up and manage the IT team to meet the needs of our growing company, while fostering a culture of teamwork and continuous improvement.Ability to strengthen and enhance customer satisfaction through timely and efficient processing of requestsExperience in mentoring and developing IT and cybersecurity talent.WHAT WE'LL LIKE ABOUT YOUYOU ARE… Curious and authentic, just like us! #beboldrAn analytical and critical thinker, with an eye for even the most minute of detailsPassionate about client satisfaction.YOU HAVE… 8+ years of IT experience, including 3+ years experience as a people managerBachelor's degree in Information Systems, Information Security, or equivalent work experienceCISSP or Equivalent to fill Information Security Lead requirementsCybersecurity KnowledgePenetration testing tools and methodologies.Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) systems.Identity and Access Management (IAM) frameworks.Operating systems (Windows, Linux, macOS).Experience in managing both internal VPNs and NetworksGoogle Cloud / Google Workspace, Google Enterprise IT support experience,Industry-specific regulations and best practices.Knowledge of Cybersecurity frameworks such as NIST, ISO 27001, and COBIT.Data protection laws and standards across multiple jurisdictions.Expertise in defining IT scope, workflow, and processesExperience implementing CIS Benchmarks (AWS, Linux, Windows, MacOS)Experience assessing the business risk associated with IT systemsExcellent organizational, communication, and time management skillsAbility to tactfully communicate and achieve results across team boundariesAn enthusiasm for driving continuous improvements through leadership, collaboration, and initiativeMust be familiar with technology to assign individual responsibilities, identify appropriate resources needed, and develop a schedule to ensure meeting deadlines or projectsMust be responsible for establishing and monitoring all project schedules, alerting Senior staff when problems arise, and making sure schedules are followedBase salary + benefits.
