We are seeking an individual with certian experiences, characteristics and skills:
*Minimum of 5 years restaurant or hospitality experience.
* People management and HR skills.
*Profficiant in Microsoft office and good knowledge of POS systems, costings and general senior administrative skills.
*Attention to detail orientated.
*Multi tasker, planner and doer
*Confident and socially capable .
*Punctual and reliable.
*Own transport
