Job Description: We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior Manager to join our growing team.
This role is pivotal in managing the day-to-day operations of our Advisory business.
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing a portfolio of clients, ensuring the highest standards of service delivery and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities: Client Portfolio Management: End-to-end management of a diverse portfolio of clients, ensuring seamless delivery of services and adherence to client expectations.
Deliverable Oversight: Monitoring project deliverables and timelines to ensure successful and timely completion.
Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to foster trust and repeat business.
Business Development: Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities to expand the client base and advisory services.
Advisory Services Management: Overseeing the provision of high-quality advisory services, ensuring they meet both client needs and industry standards.
Talent Attraction and Management: Leading efforts to attract and retain top talent within the advisory team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
Pipeline Management: Managing the advisory pipeline of work, including resource allocation and project prioritization.
Project Delivery: Ensuring exceptional delivery of projects, from initiation to completion, aligning with client requirements and company goals.
Mentorship: Providing mentorship and guidance to staff within the Advisory business, supporting their professional development and growth.
Client Service Excellence: Maintaining the highest levels of client service, continuously seeking opportunities for improvement.
Qualifications: Chartered Accountant (CA) (SA) qualification is essential.
Proven leadership abilities with a strong track record in managing high-pressure environments.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of building strong client relationships.
MBA qualification is advantageous.
Experience in a similar role within the accounting or financial advisory industry is highly desirable.
