Overview Hire Resolve's client, a reputable Financial Services Provider, is seeking a Senior Manager to lead their team in Cape Town.
This role is pivotal in driving operational excellence and strategic initiatives within the organization.
Responsibilities: Oversee day-to-day operations and manage departmental objectives to align with company goalsLead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of professionalsDevelop and implement strategic plans to improve efficiency and drive performanceMonitor, analyse, and report on operational metrics and KPIsIdentify areas for improvement and implement solutions to optimize processesCollaborate with senior leadership to set budgets and financial forecastsEnsure compliance with industry regulations and company policies Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Marketing or Business Management5-8 Years' experience in client services and sales within a Financial Services or Employee Benefits environment.3-5 Years' management experienceKnowledge of the financial services, health, insurance, and investment industryCertified Financial Planner (CFP) would be advantageous.Key individual would be advantageous.Proven ability to lead and motivate teamsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills Benefits: Salary: negotiable.Our client is offering a highly competitive salary for this role based on experience.
