Senior Manager: Group Finance

The successful incumbent will be responsible for the operational implementation of the group and function strategy through implementing the defined, integrated response to the external environment and strategy.
Duties and Responsibilities:  Manage the overall financial operations including Audit, Taxation, Financial Reporting and Budget ManagementManagement of the preparation of the Group and various subsidiaries annual financial statementsAccountability for allocated cost centre budget, variances, reports and overall financial managementDevelop operational plans to meet the defined delivery objectives, supporting and being supported by peer teams and areas of responsibilityPublishing of the trading statements on SENS if necessaryReview of the monthly financial reports prior to submission to the external stakeholders Skills and Qualifications required: CA(SA)5 years of experience in a senior management levelMust be able to delegateKnowledge of IFRS: 2:3:7:9 and 17 would be idealJSE listed environment would be an advantage
