Senior Manager - Financial Service Products - Gauteng, CenturionA leading service and solutions provider in the financial services industry wishes to appoint a Senior Manager who will be responsible for driving the success of the company's product lines.The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing the product vision and roadmap, leading cross-functional teams, and delivering market-leading solutions that meet customer needs and maximise profitability.The position will require strategic planning and execution of financial initiatives, in which the individual will need to leverage their expertise in financial analysis, market trends, and customer needs to develop and enhance products that meet the evolving demands of the market.Responsibilities will function around:Management and Business PlanningLeading the Financial Service business unitMicro-lending and Savings and Investment ProductsCredit and Operations ManagementManagement of key stakeholder and third-party relationsManagement of business risksRequisite Qualifications, Experience and Know-HowA qualification in strategy, leadership, business Management, or Credit management will be an advantage.5 to 8 years of experience in banking product management (Lending and Savings and investment), with at least 2 years in a leadership roleProven track record of successful product launches and market successStrong understanding of the financial sector and competitive landscapeExcellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skillsAbility to lead and manage cross-functional teams effectively.Strong analytical and problem-solving skillsExperience with Agile development methodologies.Data analysis skills and experience with business intelligence tools.Strong understanding of customer experience (CX) best practices.Highly proficient at project planning, budgeting, and oversight.
