Senior Manager, Finance, Africa Regions, Finance Reporting Integration Job Overview Business Segment: Business & Commercial Banking
Location: ZA, GP, Johannesburg, Baker Street 30
Take full accountability and responsibility for all aspects and outputs relating to the monthly, quarterly, half-yearly, and annual reporting requirements, as well as the implementation of the Group approved reporting strategies, initiatives, and IFRS implementations into Africa Regions countries.
Ensure accuracy and quality of all reporting outputs and understand and explain the impact of all such outputs on the accuracy of overall Standard Bank Africa Regions and Offshore financial results and processes.
Provide leadership, vision, and direction to the financial reporting team and ensure the successful completion of all reporting and financial management processes to provide Africa executives, Group Exco, and business partners with up-to-date financial information to make relevant business decisions.
Act as an effective link and mediator between African legal entities and the rest of the Group, thereby ensuring all Group Finance and Exco requirements are within country capabilities.

Field of Study: Business Commerce, Finance, and Accounting
