The main purpose for the role is to deliver market-leading client solutions within the area of card and payment services while leveraging various channels and assets, team expertise, and data insights, all guided by a digital-first approach. You will be responsible for defining product and service features, and prioritising delivery in line with their business value. You must possess an understanding of business objectives and be able to quantify value and risks as well as produce concrete solutions and subsequent roadmap features while collaborating closely with other business units including Sales, Marketing, Operations, Contact Center, IT, and Project Management to drive implementation.
