Job Description / Duties :Formulation of a digital strategyManage third-party IT providers and the development of data architecture.Manage and coordinate the development of bespoke systems, digital channels and other software development.Ensure solutions and applications that meet business requirements.Lead the digital and data team, including developers, technical specialists, and system analysts.Implement mechanisms to monitor, manage, and provide progress feedback on all software development.Conduct feasibility analysis.Track and report on projects.Ensure the right resources and technical skills are available to meet expectations.Constantly manage risks and evaluate system solutions and processes.Ensure compliance with all internal and external frameworks and legislation.Skills :Experience in leading and managing IT teams.Understanding of database systems, web services, and standards.Solid understanding of agile development, software engineering fundamentals, and methodologies.Hands-on experience in coding using multiple recognized industry standard languages.Experience in developing software, project management, risk management, and setting up testing frameworks.Complex systems process analysis, design, and simulation methodologies.Familiarity with best practice management and governance frameworks.Must possess a valid K53 driving license.Good communication skills.Qualifications and Experience :A tertiary qualification in IT, Business, Computer Sciences, or Engineering.Eight years of applicable IT experience, of which five years must be at the managerial level.Excellent communication skills.Please mail your CV to hr3 (at) peopledimension (dot) co (dot) za.Shortlisted applicants will be contacted within 2 weeks.
