Functieomschrijving Our Converged Security Office prides itself in its unique structure that sees an integration and collaboration model between our Information Risk, Cyber, Resilience, Physical Security & Forensics teams to ensure effective risk management across all disciplines.
It also carries the responsibility of owning, operationally supporting and maintaining specialist security services to safeguard the confidentiality, integrity and availability of infrastructure and information to our customers in order to meet industry and regulatory requirements and good practice.
You will be tasked with the development of tactical strategy and delivery plans, practice formulation and associated best practice improvement tactics and to ensure operational implementation and adoption across a single practice i.t.o.
cybersecurity risk methodology, enabling the provision of specialist information technology security expertise and delivery objectives.
Requirements Build and maintain stakeholder relationships for the purposes of expectation management, knowledge sharing and integration Develop tactical strategies for the integration of service excellence culture, which enables exceptional service to customers that meets and exceeds exceptional service across a single practice Anticipate tactical strategy and practice issues for a single practice and proactively develop solutions to enhance the quality of problem resolution Develop a plan for single practice changes and specify the priorities of delivery plans and resources needed that puts a premium on simplicity, agility, innovation and incorporates the understanding of customer needs Develop, align and implement a tactical strategy and guidelines/standards within a single practice Analyse, interpret and produce detailed reports that explain trends, discrepancies and inconsistencies Develop appropriate solutions to identified losses and risk exposures and ensure the effective implementation thereof Communicate a meaningful tactical context that guides and directs best practice integration and process alignment with service delivery objectives Develop appropriate solutions to identified losses and risk exposures and ensure the effective implementation thereof Implement corporate governance and compliance policies in a single practice area in order to identify and manage risk liabilities Contribute to the setting of budgets, minimise expenditure and manage costs and assets effectively Develop, implement and monitor a cycle of medium-term cost improvements Leadership of a specialist business-critical team Create an engaging, enabling and productive work climate aligned to the employee value proposition Develop and implement single-practice change management initiatives Minimum B-degree (Computer & Life Sciences) | Advanced Diplomas in Cyber.
