Senior Manager Corporate Services (Communications)An exciting opportunity in the Operations Management Division based at King Shaka International Airport for an experienced professional to manage Corporate Services.Key Performance OutputInterpreting Corporate Service Strategy and converting into Operational Plans.Build, support and maintain healthy, diverse internal and external relationships to ensure achievement of organisational goals, implement remedial actions where required.Provide technical / professional support to internal stakeholders.Supervise Corporate Services portfolios and ensure holistic collaboration.Ensure compliance to ACSA corporate brand and identity.Manage execution of communications strategies and plans focused on operational priorities and goals.Manage and maintain Internal and External communication channels.Manage platforms for engagement with stakeholders on behalf of internal customers.Manage evaluation of internal communications effectiveness.Implement events calendar in collaboration with the operating unit.Provide input into new ideas to improve event planning and implementation process.Plan, schedule, coordinate and supervise subordinate activities to ensure efficiency including people development initiative and talent management. Provide input into operational budget, monitor and conduct forecasting.Initiate business unit specific projects in line with Corporate Services strategy.Adhere to and ensure adherence to statutory regulations, organisational standards, policies and procedures.Identify potential reputation and brand risks and make recommendations for remedial action.Ensure adherence to corporate branding requirements.Support and implement SED initiatives and support community engagement. Compile and submit relevant reports.Technical Skills and ExperienceBachelor's Degree NQF Level 7 in Marketing/ Communications/ Public Relations is essential.10 years' experience in Public Relations / Communications/ Marketing is essential.5 - 7 years' Supervisory and/or Management experience is essential.Advanced knowledge and experience in customer and process management.Valid driver's license is required.A good understanding and knowledge in a number of different specialist areas related to risk, change and project management.Experience in contract management, financial management and presentation skills is required.Knowledge of the tools and techniques for strategic planning and ability to develop functional strategy.
