Job OverviewBusiness Segment: Business & Commercial BankingLocation: ZA, GP, Johannesburg, Baker Street 30Provide strategic support and team oversight on the credit evaluation and risk management for Commercial Asset Finance, Floorplans, Fleet, Enterprise Development, Supplier Development, and other Centralised Lending solutions. Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders across business functions, monitor, control, and optimize processes to assist in improving the quality of lending and account management.QualificationsMinimum QualificationsType of Qualification: First DegreeField of Study: BCom Honours in Accounting / Finance / Risk ManagementOther Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's / Commerce degree or equivalent Mathematical/Statistical qualification.Experience RequiredCredit Risk - Business and Commercial BankingMinimum 10 years of experience in complex credit and transactional products in a Business and Commercial Banking environment, as well as an understanding of the credit life cycle in Vehicle and Commercial Asset Finance.Minimum 5 years of experience in leading people and multiple teams.
