Senior Manager, Centralised Evaluation - Commercial Asset Finance

Job Overview Business Segment: Business & Commercial Banking
Location: ZA, GP, Johannesburg, Baker Street 30
Provide strategic support and team oversight on the credit evaluation and risk management for Commercial Asset Finance, Floorplans, Fleet, Enterprise Development, Supplier Development, and other Centralised Lending solutions. Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders across business functions, monitor, control, and optimize processes to assist in improving the quality of lending and account management.
Qualifications Minimum Qualifications Type of Qualification: First Degree
Field of Study: BCom Honours in Accounting / Finance / Risk Management
Other Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's / Commerce degree or equivalent Mathematical/Statistical qualification.
Experience Required Credit Risk - Business and Commercial Banking Minimum 10 years of experience in complex credit and transactional products in a Business and Commercial Banking environment, as well as an understanding of the credit life cycle in Vehicle and Commercial Asset Finance.
Minimum 5 years of experience in leading people and multiple teams.
