Senior Maintenance Assistant

CORE FUNCTIONS
Execution of general maintenance & repairs
Experience with maintenance on boreholes, pumps & motors
General technical maintenance & repairs on the resort
Experience with electricity
Daily control & supervision on swimming pools & quality control on the swimming pool water
Experience with plumbing
Experience with electrical fencing & gate motors
Basic woodwork maintenance & furniture repairs
REQUIREMENTS
Grade 12, with technical skills
Minimum of 3 years experience in general maintenance
Must be able to function under pressure and must be able to finish the job on his/her own
Must have good interpersonal skills
Must be prepared to work overtime and to work shifts
Must be honest & reliable
Only candidates between the ages of 25 & 40 years old will be considered
A valid driver's license is a requirement. A Code-10 will be an advantage.
GENERAL
Compensation will be negotiated with the successful candidate.
