Senior Machinery Production Manager

Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Machinery Production Manager to oversee and optimize our machinery production operations.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in engineering and production management, with a focus on efficiency, quality control, and safety.
This role requires hands-on leadership to ensure the timely and cost-effective delivery of high-quality products.
Key Responsibilities: Manage the daily operations of the machinery production line, ensuring adherence to production schedules and quality standardsOversee and optimize the use of equipment, ordering materials, and labor to achieve maximum productivity.Monitor and evaluate production performance.Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and quality standards.Collaborate with engineering, procurement, and quality control teams to resolve production issues.Train, mentor, and supervise production staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.Prepare regular reports on production progress, costs, and efficiency metrics for senior management.Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.Proven experience in machinery production management or a similar role, preferably within an engineering or manufacturing environment.Strong understanding of production processes, quality control, and safety regulations.Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and leadership skills.Proficiency in production planning software and tools.Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
