Salary – £22,000, OTE £45,000 - £50,000 + Car allowance

Full licence and own car required

Hours: 5-day week – Monday – Thursday 9am – 6:30pm, Friday 9am – 6pm, Saturday 10am – 4pm

Our client is looking for a Senior Lettings Negotiator with a minimum of 2 years' experience to join their team based in Surrey Quays or Bow. Priding themselves on 5-star reviews and customer relations, making them the go-to agent in the area. Typically, this role will involve:

Dividing your time between the office and being out and about on viewings Building relationships with Landlords and tenants Conducting viewings Keeping tenants and landlords constantly updated Handling negotiations and queries Candidates must be:
