About The Role
We are currently looking for a proactive and tenacious individual to fulfil a crucial role within our growing Commercial Team. This position is providing direct PA support to the Head of our Commercial Team and Equity Partner of the firm. Responsibilities of a Legal Support Assistant & PA include: Proactive diary management for allocated Partner.Being the first point of contact for clients.Administrative and business support for allocated Partner.Preparing correspondence and documents through word-processing and audio typing.Drafting and formatting of letters, documents and forms.Assisting with the preparation of all financial transactions as required.Fostering a culture of continuous improvement in this high performing team. About You
As a Legal Support Assistant & PA, you will have: Experience within a professional services environment.Strong administration experience.History of working in a client facing environment.Sound knowledge of IT skills in Microsoft Office Suite and Teams.Audio typing skills would be highly desirable but are not essential.Excellent attention to detail in all aspects of your work.Strong communication and organisation skills. Although advantageous, prior PA experience is not essential. We are also open to a professional and diligent individual who is looking to establish their career. About Us
