The Senior Legal Counsel must:have a minimum of 5 years experience in working with commercial contractsable to negotiate/draft relevant agreementscompliance and regulatory experienceadvise internal divisions on relevant areas of lawengage external stakeholdersliaise with external counselRequirements:LLB degreeminimum 5 years post articles experience as a commercial lawyerin-house experience is a prerequisite
