Senior Legal Advisor (Litigation)

Key Responsibilities:Provide legal support for post-investment monitoring, restructuring, and litigationOffer legal advice to relevant departments and manage external legal counselImplement decisions from committees, ensure recovery of funds, and negotiate settlementsDraft and review legal agreements related to restructures and other legal mattersExperience & Skills:Minimum 5 years post-articles experience in private equity, corporate finance, or similarExtensive experience in litigation, business rescue, securities law, or insolvency lawStrong knowledge of company law, tax law, and business report writingQualifications:LLB degreeAdmitted AttorneyPersonal Attributes:High leadership qualities, teamwork, and a strong sense of initiativeExcellent communication and presentation skillsStrong analytical abilities, integrity, and problem-solving skills
