Experience in the drafting and negotiation of finance loan agreements and a deep understanding of property law, financing of commercial properties and collateral requirements. Identification and mitigation of legal risks. At least 8 years' experience within the legal/financial and/or corporate/commercial sectors. At least 6 years' people management experience where appropriate.
