Job DescriptionWe currently have an exciting position available for a Senior Labour Law Consultant, to be based in our branch in Mbombela. You are responsible for: Retaining all clients as well as servicing clients in terms of all IR issues.Providing training to all clients as per LabourNet standards.Visiting all clients once per month.Contacting all clients as per schedule.These typical IR issues can range from: Chairing of disciplinary inquiries.Drafting of judgments for clients.Assisting with the issuing of warnings to ensure compliance.Drafting and implementing policies.To more complex issues like: Strike Management.Package & Remuneration: Benefits: Cell phone, Internet, Laptop, Pension Fund, Excellent Career Growth, and a Great commission structure. QualificationsYou'll need a customer-first mindset and the following skills to succeed in this role: 3 years B. Degree or equivalent in HR/IR/LLB or related field.2 years or more experience in Labour Law (consultations on retrenchments, strikes, chairing disciplinary hearings, dispute resolution, etc.).Eagerness to learn the ins and outs of Labour Law.Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).Must be able to effectively function within a pressurized and fast-paced environment.Valid driver's license and own vehicle is essential.What can we offer?
