Being involved in SAP changes. What you'll be doing: Product Testing Testing samples as per procedures and meeting service level agreements.
Producing accurate and reliable results.
Communication of results to the various customers.
Expense Control Preventative maintenance of equipment.
Basic troubleshooting.
Control breakages & chemical usage.
Equipment management Equipment usage and availability. Equipment needs identified, reported, and documented. First line troubleshooting. Quality Management Compliance to data integrity, precision, and accuracy requirements.
Participation in proficiency testing programmes.
Participation in the statistical quality control programme.
Participation in training and skill competency reviews. Identification of deviations from the management system, procedures, or laboratory activities. Staff Training and development Coaching and development of other laboratory staff on laboratory practices and procedures. Quality Results Ownership of manufacturing product right first time. Method Modification, development, and validation of new methods. Laboratory Maintenance Adhering to laboratory safety rules. Ensuring good housekeeping.
