What will you do?o Lead strategic projects and stakeholder engagements.

o Develop and present business cases, clearly outlining project scope, objectives, and potential benefits.
o Conduct training sessions for business resources, facilitating smooth transitions to newly automated processes.
o Drive change management activities, overseeing the seamless integration of automated processes into existing workflows, including Go-live communications during process deployment to production.
o Conduct comprehensive analysis, mapping AS-IS processes, defining TO-BE processes, and developing clear Process Design Documents (PDD) for effective communication and implementation guidance.
o When needed, provide ongoing Business as Usual (BAU) support for production processes, addressing issues and optimising performance.
o Support investigation and remediation of production level issues.
o Review processes with analysts for specification/improvement.
o Present demos to business partners and stakeholders.
o Stay abreast of industry best practices, emerging technologies, and RPA advancements to drive innovation within the organisation.
o Support skills transfer by mentoring resources on business analysis and process engineering best practices.
Qualification and Experience
o IT Related Degree or IT Related Diploma or qualifications.
o Minimum 5 years' experience as a Business Analyst or Process Engineer preferably in an Enterprise environment.
o Using KTA (Kofax Total Agility Platform), Automation and AI Tools.NET, or SQL preferable.
o Kofax Total Agility training/certification preferable.
o Agile or Scaled Agile Framework certification and experience preferable.
o Experience in delivering AI and Automation Solutions preferable.
o Strong analytical, problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
o Knowledge of various toolsets such as Jira and Azure DevOps will be advantageous.
o Experience in C#, Python an advantage.
o Experience in a Dev Ops environment an advantage.
o Experience in the Financial Industry preferable.
Knowledge and Skills
o Extensive experience in Business Analysis and Process Engineering.
o Solid understanding of Workflow Design Principles.
o Experience using the Scaled Agile Framework (Or Agile Frameworks).
o End To End solution support experience a plus.
